I walked along a riverbank,
Listening to the water's song.
It bubbled happily down the rocks,
A waterfall roared loud and long.
I watched an otter family,
Playing in the current.
It was funny just to watch them,
I was amused and they weren't.
I smelled the fresh autumn air,
Crisp and clear and cold.
Nature's splendor, undisturbed,
For days and years untold.
